There is a better way to format copy in InDesign thanks to Character and Paragraph styles. In newer versions of ID you can also use the Eyedropper tool to mimic a style on a line of copy. Comes in handy when you’re working on a 100+ directory full of names, address, phone numbers email addresses and other pertinent info for a listings.
